Shay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Encompass Pet Group, having held key leadership positions in renowned companies such as Weber Inc., Newell Brands, Moen Incorporated, and Jarden Corporation. Most recently, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at Weber Inc., where he played a pivotal role in redefining the company's commercial capabilities and achieving remarkable revenue, profit, and share growth.
Throughout his career, Shay has consistently demonstrated a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional products and services. His ability to drive innovation, build strong partnerships, and develop platforms to accelerate growth has set him apart as a visionary leader.
